We keep it simple.
If you change your mind, you’ve got time.
If something’s wrong, we put it right.

Cooling-off rights

• UK law = 14 days to cancel after delivery

• We extend it = 30 days to return unused gear, tags on, proof of purchase

• Refunds made within 14 days of us getting the goods back

How to start a return

Email we@y-o-x.com with your order number.
We’ll send you a Returns Authorisation and instructions.

What you can’t return

• Custom wheels or bikes

• Special orders

• Opened hygiene items

• Installed or ridden parts

• Free gifts (unless faulty)

Costs

• Change of mind = you cover return shipping

• Faulty, damaged, or wrong item = we cover or refund reasonable costs

Refunds

• Back to your original payment method

• Standard delivery refunded, upgraded shipping only if it’s our mistake

• Refunds processed within 14 days of return landing

Warranty

• Brand warranty terms apply

• Photos may be needed before approval

• Complete bikes must be built and checked by a pro mechanic for warranty to stand
