Welcome to Y-0-X! The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Y-0-X. Y-0-X operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). Y-0-X is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy [LINK], Refund Policy [LINK], and Cookie Policy [LINK] (collectively, the “Terms”), describe your rights and responsibilities when using our Services.

By visiting, interacting with, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use or access our Services.

1. Access and Account

2. Our Products

We strive to provide accurate descriptions of our products. However, product images and colours may differ depending on your device. We do not guarantee that products will always match exactly as displayed.

We reserve the right to change product descriptions, discontinue items, or limit availability at our discretion.

3. Orders

When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order at our discretion. Your order is not accepted until you receive confirmation from us. Payment must be processed before acceptance.

Cancellations may not always be possible once an order has been accepted. If we cannot fulfil your order, we will contact you using the details provided at checkout.

4. Prices and Billing

Prices shown are in GBP (£) and include VAT (where applicable). Shipping, handling, and any customs duties are charged separately unless otherwise stated.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to deliver products within the timeframes stated at checkout. Under UK law, unless otherwise agreed, goods will be delivered within 30 days of order acceptance.

Once goods are handed to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.

If we fail to deliver within the statutory timeframe, you are entitled to cancel your order and receive a full refund.

6. Your Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)

As a consumer in the UK or EU, you have the legal right to cancel your online purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

  • The 14-day period begins the day after you (or someone nominated by you) receives the goods.

  • To exercise this right, you must notify us by email at we@y-o-x.com before the cancellation period expires.

  • You must return the goods to us within 14 days of informing us. Unless the goods are faulty, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or evidence that you sent them back) using your original payment method.

Exceptions: The right to cancel does not apply to:

  • personalised or custom-made goods,

  • sealed items not suitable for return due to health/hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery,

  • perishable goods.

This cancellation right is in addition to your statutory rights if goods are faulty or not as described.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our Services, including trademarks, text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is owned by Y-0-X or its licensors. You may use the Services only for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Reproduction, distribution, or modification of our materials without our prior written consent is prohibited.
