Delivery

Every order hits our warehouse first.
That means no same-day and no guaranteed next-day.
We ship fast, but real.

Dispatch buffer

Orders leave us in 1 to 5 working days
This buffer applies to all services, even Express
Tracking goes live once it ships

Shipping times after dispatch

UK Standard: 2 to 5 working days
UK Express: 1 to 2 working days
International: 7 to 14 working days plus customs

Delivery time = dispatch buffer plus courier transit time

Cut-offs and working days

Orders after 1pm Friday, weekends or holidays are processed the next working day
Working days are Monday to Friday

Oversized and custom

Bikes, frames and bulky gear may need extra handling
Custom wheel builds or full bike builds can add up to 3 more working days
Express does not apply to custom builds

Custom, handmade and special releases

Some things are not off the shelf
Handmade bikes and frames can take several weeks to manufacture and often ship direct from overseas workshops
Special collections, limited editions and collabs including bikes, parts, shoes or clothing may have extended lead times
These dispatch times sit on top of courier delivery times
Express shipping does not apply to custom, handmade or limited items

We always show if an item is special-order or made-to-order, and give you the best estimated timeline
If there are delays, we will keep you updated

Regions

Some couriers do not cover Highlands, Islands or Northern Ireland with Express services
Next Day means next working day after dispatch

International

All orders ship DDU, Delivered Duty Unpaid
Local VAT, duties and courier fees are the buyer’s responsibility
If a parcel is refused and comes back to us, refunds are made minus shipping and handling costs
